Did all 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 Extended Cabs come in 4 door?

I work at a car wash detailing and I like starting conversations about cars/trucks and this guy said his was a 99' ram 1500 ext cab but only 2 door. I could of swore Dodge only made 2 door rams from 95-97. Then 98-01 they made 4 door.
